Joint ELITE and 4IT Digital.IT.Change event
New innovations are being developed at lightning speeds to drive faster growth and efficiency for businesses and society but there is a massive problem….An absence of some of the skills needed to drive such technologies forward has led to business strain and a race between education and technology.
According to Accenture the digital skills gap could cost the UK £141 billion in GDP growth!!...
Sam Vickerman and Matt Quirk from Doris will open the event by defining the digital skills gap and share their experiences of how to bridge the gaps to future proof your company and the industry by focusing on the similarities between working generations and teaching you how to embrace the differences.
Pardeep Dhanda will then share the research QA have done into the current UK skills gap. Pardeep will then talk about the approach they took at Deutsche Bank (where he worked for 6 years) to build an Agile learning culture.
