The event is due to start with parallel Workshops on the morning of Wednesday 22nd April:

The main Conference start time is 12:00 and will close at approximately 15:30 on Thursday 23rd April following a further Workshop:

13:30-15:30 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

The main Conference programme includes: the changing landscape of graduate skills - an Industry perspective, developing Computer Science Strategy for 2025 – 2030, updates from related bodies, Ethics and AI, Access & Participation Plan (APP) and a Learning & Development Group (LDG) Update.

Speakers confirmed are from: Office for AI, UKRI, WonkHE, IBM, Barclays, Ada Lovelace Institute, Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility, Centre for LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Education, Manchester Digital and AWS.

As with previous Conferences there will also be a Conference Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 22nd April to be held at The Lowry. You will be able to indicate on the booking system whether you wish to bring a guest. Please complete all of the necessary sections so that we can arrange adequate catering requirements.

Things to note:
There are limited places for the Workshops, so please book early.


What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the Conference?

What's the refund policy?

A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received within 14 days of the booking date, otherwise, name substitutions will be allowed after this date.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It's not necessary to bring a printed ticket with you to the Conference.  Please sign in and collect Conference materials on arrival at the CPHC registration desk.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We are happy to take name substitutions if you are unable to make it, please update your booking with the new details or email to request the update manually.
