Every organisation wants to innovate, but few really do. Worse, many IT departments are seen as a barrier. This talk is for you if you see the need for change whatever level you are in your organisation.

In this talk, Matthew Bellringer will explain how complexity theory holds the key to successful change. We'll look at both the technical and human sides of innovation, understanding the all-to-human processes which underlie development. We'll understand why today's operating environment means that we all have to innovate if we want to solve the problems we face. By the end of the talk you'll have some useful approaches to innovation you can take away and use.

Speaker: Matthew Bellringer

Matthew is a business consultant and coach. After 20 years in IT, he now specialises in the human side of digital innovation
