Synopsis

For the past half-century, quality has been confused more and more with the application and certification of standards, models, theories and techniques.

Organisations have been studied models and standards from others, books have been written explaining why various theories have been crucial to the success of some organisations. And yet, when applied internally, the same issues appear to remain; the solutions do not live up to expectations.

In this talk, you will be presented with some of the main failings behind popular techniques and standards and how to achieve their promised results
