NHSX is preparing a “Data Strategy” this summer and it is our intention to respond in detail about data quality, but also to look wider at what steps can be taken to improve data quality nationally and locally. It will be a face-to-face meeting, but we will hope to have dial-in facilities available as well.

Attendance at SIGs is limited to PHCSG and FCI members and the occasional invited expert with places (usually no more than 20) allocated on a first come first served basis. To reserve a place at the meeting either as day delegate or overnight it is essential to email Grizelda Moules, our CLICSIG secretary. She will also need to know if you want dinner on the Friday night.

Attendees will need to book their accommodation with the Greyhound themselves (see below) as soon as possible, stating that they are attending this meeting and pay their own accommodation, travel and subsistence costs. There will be a day delegate rate to cover lunch and coffees of around £20 per head.

They have 15 bedrooms and B&B is £60 for single occupancy with a £10 supplement for double occupancy. The cost of the dinner on Friday will be separate and around £25 per head (not including drinks).

We intend to use a whiteboard or similar to collect peoples thoughts prior to the meeting to inform the agenda and to allow those unable to come to have some input. Details will be circulated later.

The outputs of CLICSIGs are generally published through this website.
