Ruby joined Alpine in 2014 as Head of Local Government. She has over 25 years’ experience of transforming services and leading change in large, complex organisations and political environments.

Her skills include: stakeholder engagement, corporate turnaround, service re-design, and co-created innovation with clients across public, private and third sectors for UK and European councils. Her council officer and senior consultant roles span strategic leadership, supporting elected leaders and top teams, efficiency, partnership development, and delivering front-line excellence and innovation. She has relentless focus on customer service and sustainable outcomes.

She holds a Director’s MBA (Manchester Business School), is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Leadership Programme (Ashridge Business School), and is trained to industry standard in Whole Systems Change, Safeguarding Children & Young People; and also Safeguarding Vulnerable and Older Adults. Ruby is a steering group member of Socitm Women in IT, and is currently a candidate on the Executive Diploma in Digital Business Leadership at the ADBL, where she is focused on digitally-enabled business transformation.
