We are looking for a RITTech coordinator to join our Product Management and Development Department, in a 12 month fixed-term contract.

About the role

A key role in the product team supporting the effective coordination of RITTech projects including the ‘Get Ahead Get Recognised’ T Level support programme. The RITTech coordinator plays a pivotal role working ensuring that RITTech activities are effectively and efficiently coordinated across the BCS teams for example marketing, IT, operations, customer services, legal and finance.

The coordinator will work closely with the RITTech product team and, at the same time, take ownership and responsibilities in day to day activities and work flexibly with a ‘can do’ attitude, always thinking ‘how could this be done better’. A positive and genuinely passionate attitude to the task at hand with great communication skills are a must as is the desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The RITTech Coordinator will play a key role in providing a variety of product coordination tasks across a range of BCS teams and external stakeholders including for example, students, teachers, academics, training providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for RITTech projects, including the ‘Get Ahead Get Recognised’ T Level support programme;
  • Preparation and support events and webinars including set up (virtual and face to face); supporting communications to managing communications with attendees, speakers and other participants; collating event material; coordinating post event material and communications;
  • Providing website content administration, and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders as required;
  • Support a variety of general project coordination and administrative tasks including addressing / filtering enquiries through a range of channels, ensuring a structured approach to maintaining project documents and materials;
  • Producing a variety of communications for internal and external stakeholders in an appropriate manner to achieve the required outcome, and selecting the appropriate method of communication – e.g. email, news letter, etc;
  • Recording and maintaining RITTech project data e.g. in relation to registrations, stakeholder activity, communications and enquiries;
  • Working closely with colleague across BCS teams to ensure that project deliverables are on target including but not limited to marketing, IT, sales, finance and customer service;
  • Flexibility is required of all job holders to adjust responsibilities as required from time to time by their Line Manager/Divisional Director;

Who are we looking for

Education and qualifications
  • Educated as a minimum to GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent.
Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of effective administrative / project-coordination support.
Competencies and skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communications;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines;
  • Tenacity, professionalism and integrity as well as the drive and pragmatism to get things done;
  • Expertise and capability in supporting multiple projects;
  • Competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
