We are now recruiting for a Channel Partner Quality Officer to join our Group Operations team, in a 6-month fixed term capacity, working full time at our Swindon offices located on key transport links in the town centre.

About the role

To coordinate and administer BCS accreditation/re-accreditation and audit for all new and existing Channel Partners. Ensuring a professional and client focussed service is carried out whilst adhering to BCS and any third-party regulatory guidelines.

Ensure training providers have the required level of training, support, whilst adhering to BCS and third-party regulatory guidelines. Clarity and guidance are delivered to all approved training providers delivering a professional and client focussed service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive, tailored and timely assessment of all new training provider applications, in line with internal guidelines and procedures;
  • Provide any training, guidance or support which is required for the centre;
  • Manage the re-accreditation process and the closure of training providers where required;
  • Raising invoices related to accreditation and audit activities and assisting Finance with investigations & resolution of invoice queries;
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all Channel Partners;
  • Scheduling, coordinating and conducting audits – booking external resources where required, providing relevant documentation and compiling final audit report to ensure that training providers are meeting the regulatory requirements of their accreditation;
  • Timely and appropriate allocation of activities to the Subject Matter Expert group;
  • Maintain a productive and positive relationship with the Subject Matter group;
  • Monitor audit review outcomes and actions, ensuring timely and effective completion to maintain Channel Partner standards;
  • Maintaining correct records of accreditation regulations, accreditation status, re-accreditation reviews, accreditation reviewers contact details and updating and maintaining information in relevant systems;
  • Feed into the framework to ensure intelligence from the approval and audit processes, including outcomes, findings and trends, are reported to support overall business development and performance;
  • Identify, investigate and conclude malpractice and maladministration cases, in conjunction with Channel Partner Quality Manager
  • Maintaining an understanding of compliance with relevant third party and providing input to both internal and external audit of BCS policy, processes, and procedures;
  • Continually looking at ways to make improvements to systems, processes and procedures take the lead in business improvement projects;
  • Work collaboratively with other BCS departments as required, to achieve common goals, share best practice, support projects, contribute to improvement initiatives and help drive business change.
  • Flexibility is required of all job holders to adjust responsibilities as required from time to time by their Line Manager/Divisional Director;

Who are we looking for?

Education and qualifications
  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths, English and IT (including equivalents) at a Grade C or above.
Experience
  • Proven experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management systems and other databases, including bespoke set ups;
  • Proven experience of working within an audit and/or quality assurance environment.

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of your responsibilities to meet regulatory compliance;
  • Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection Regulations.
Special conditions
  • Some offsite visits to clients, partners and suppliers may be required;
  • Travel to other BCS offices may be required;
  • Some out-of-hours working including weekends may be required.
