BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and IBM are pleased to sponsor the BCS Karen Spärck Jones Lecture which honours women in computing research.

This lecture series builds on the activities to celebrate, inform and support women engaged in computing research. These include the annual London Hopper Colloquium, providing networking opportunities for early career researchers, and the undergraduate Lovelace Colloquium, for women starting out on a research career.
