Simon Wardley, Researcher for Leading Edge Forum and lead practitioner for LEFs Wardley Maps Advisory service will argue that situational awareness and mapping can help leaders navigate complex change and better anticipate future demands and innovation opportunities.
Culture and leadership in person centred care
Matthew Swindells, National Director: Operations and Information, NHS England will discuss the importance of leadership and how to take people with you on a transformational journey. Matthew will reflect on his own career and talk about what leadership means in his new role, exploring what role leadership plays in delivering person centred care.
