Synopsis:

New social learning tools are revolutionising how ITSM teams learn, share knowledge and collaborate. There are some powerful new social learning technologies and thinking out there that really do tap into what matters to people in their work, inspiring real collaboration and knowledge sharing, with a direct impact on the customer experience and the team’s performance.

Learning expert and engaging speaker, Philippa Hale, Director of Open Limits and Associate Faculty at Henley Business School, hosts a SMSG knowledge share session, bringing together a number of inspirational case studies for discussion, which are blazing the trail in this field. Philippa will share her experiences and also provide a wealth of practical tools and techniques you can apply straight away in your own teams. Importantly, the focus will be on the people and learning aspects rather than on any specific tools.

This session will focus on how IT leaders and teams can capitalise on the disruptive changes happening in organisational learning, to help delivery of even the most challenging organisational changes. Plus how to improve knowledge creation, retention and sharing, motivation of precious staff, the customer experience, the team’s performance and reputation.
