James Uhomoibhi, MAV Reality Research Laboratory

James Uhomoibhi Based at Ulster University in the Faculty of Computing and Engineering, James is a visiting Professor of Computer Science and ICT in Nigeria and a Visiting Professor of Science, Technology and Environmental Studies at the Open University of Tanzania. He’s been coordinator of e-learning at Ulster University since 2004 and currently serves as a Board member of both iNEER (International Network for Engineering Education and Research) and also of IGIP (International Society of Engineering Pedagogy). He is the African Laser Centre Representative in Europe and currently the Chair of BCS e-Learning Specialist Group. He has worked on MOOCAfrica with the team to secure the national registration and approval in Tanzania in 2015.
