Even before Brexit, the EU is likely to impose a new set of regulations on all businesses in Europe when it passes a set of laws in the Circular Economy Package. This set of regulations could have an even bigger and longer-lasting impact on some businesses than GDPR!

We will explore how Enterprise Architects can help companies better understand the opportunities to create new subscription-based products and services - as well as new ways of looking at a business that can dramatically reduce costs and waste. These insights, in turn, will allow EAs and Business Designers to play their part in making IT good for society and the wider world at large.

Lorne Mitchell, MD of Objective Designers has over 30 years experience in the creation, design and implementation of new architectures and business models as well as practical experience of implementing new ways of working across a range of industries and company sizes. He has pioneered a new way of visualising how industries and businesses work within an industry eco-system called “Circular Business Design” which will be presented on the evening.
