SYNOPSIS
Agile methodologies have become standard practice for many companies around the world; it promotes collaboration, rapid iteration, short cycle times, regular feedback and changes to requirements. However, many are not taking advantage of its true potential. For this reason, you can find many talks on YouTube and many posts online that say that “Agile is dead”.

I don’t believe it is, but it is frequently being practised in the wrong way and combined with other emerging practices we can unlock the true potential of our delivery teams. I have spent the last two years researching various other methodologies, and I’d like to share these findings with you.
