Synopsis

Until this March Happy’s principle delivery model was still the classroom. As the staff went home at the start of lockdown, they were left with virtually no income and questions about whether the company could survive.

In this highly interactive session, hear how the company turned the situation around and actually by July was in profit. This included pivoting to online delivery for all courses, holding four international online conferences – all rated more highly than previous real-life ones – and put in care and support for their people.

We will share ideas and experiences, and see how you can maintain a happy workplace through the pandemic.
