Synopsis

It's never been more evident that our projects exist within an unpredictable ecosystem of individuals, groups and organisations. It's little wonder that sustainable change is elusive.

But whether your project is as significant as a vaccine rollout or as personal as finding a job, the obstacles to change are surprisingly similar. Perhaps more surprisingly, the solutions are also similar.

This webinar will show you how to think and talk about complex projects, together with your clients and other stakeholders, using language and concepts with which you and they are already familiar.

The session will be interactive, as we explore the core characteristics of ecosystems and practice using the nine elements of gardening described in Gary's new book, Gardeners not Mechanics: how to cultivate change at work.
