Synopsis

Change Management is a complex field full of psychological studies and detailed research but how do you practically apply it so that it means something to the audience. Change Management is all about people and driving change to achieve a goal.

However, too much change management can have a negative effect and getting the right balance between theory and deliverable actions is key to demonstrating progress.

In this presentation, we will introduce some of the key concepts but provide ‘Just Enough’ tools for you to change manage your project or initiative.

About the speaker

Paul Clavering, Just Enough Change

Paul has worked in change for many years. He started off working life as a technical developer (a very unusual start for a change leader) but quickly saw that no matter how good a development is; if it’s not adopted, well it’s just useless. Having managed the implementation of some large ERP solutions as well as change initiatives for central government and private industry, he is a strong believer in two principles. People-Centric and Easy to Understand. The cornerstone of ‘Just Enough Change.’
