An opportunity to find out about obtaining BCS FBCS, and also CITP, CEng, EurIng, CSci and BCS Life Membership.

About the speaker

Margaret RossMargaret Ross MBE, HonFBCS, FBCS, CEng, CITP, CSci, FIST, is an Emeritus Professor of Solent University. She was delighted to have been awarded an MBE for services to education, and also, although already FBCS, an Honorary FBCS, and the BCS John Ivinson Meda. Margaret was one of the 4 shortlisted for (but not the winner) for the She was BCS Society Medal. awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor from Staffordshire University and has been added to the Computer Weekly’s Hall of Fame.

Margaret has been actively Involved with the BCS for many years, and is currently Hampshire Branch Chair, Vice Chair of the Quality SG and of the e-Learning SG, in addition to being on the committee of the Dorset Branch, and the GreenIT, Cybercrime Forensics, Animation and Games Development, BCSWomen and Digital Divide SGs, and is a BCS UnConscious Bias trainer.

Margaret was previously on the BCS Trustee Board and Council, and was a BCS and CEng assessor, and she represented the BCS for 4 years on the Engineering Council. as a Senator on the Engineering Council and was an Independent member and Council Member of PITCOM.
