This event serves as a follow-up to our previous panel discussion on AI within business change and consulting. We will explore the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding AI, its role within business governance, and its adoption in driving business change.

As recent advancements in AI continue to transform our world, it is crucial not to fall behind. We have launched a survey to capture the level of awareness and adoption of AI among our members, along with the challenges they face.

About the speakers

Paul TaylorPaul Taylor

Paul is a consultant with over 30 years experience of implementing change across the financial services, oil/gas, charities and professional bodies. He has written and spoken on a variety of subjects viz change management, freelancing, technology, financial services, research approaches, etc. He is a Chair and NED for a variety of industry and social enterprises covering Gambling addiction and Performing Arts for the BAME community. Finally he is an Associate Lecturer for the Open University STEM school teaching Technology Management.

Maria FloresMaria Flores

Maria is a Chartered IT Professional with a Diploma in Business Analysis and over 20 years of experience across various IT roles in organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to multinationals. Currently, she works in Data Protection/Privacy for a global information organisation.

In addition to her IT expertise, Maria is a Fellow of Information Privacy, holds a Degree in Law and an MBA. She serves as the secretary of the BCS Business Change SG and has recently completed a Diploma in Privacy Management at Maastricht University. Her dissertation, "AI Fairness by default framework," explores the intersection of law and technology.

Gary LloydGary Lloyd MBA

Gary is the creator of https://leadershipskillslab.ai/ where users can practise their leadership skills, such as coaching and conflict management, through simulated AI-powered role plays. Gary has led change for nearly 30 years, mostly in banking and financial markets. He is the author of "Gardeners Not Mechanics: How to Cultivate Change at Work". He is an experienced consultant, coach, trainer, author, and speaker. Until recently, he was co-chair of Gary Warwick Business School's mentoring programme.
