The Computer Conservation Society (the CCS) is a co-operative venture between BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, the Science Museum of London, the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, and Bletchley Park Trust.

Everyone is welcome, members and non-members alike. If you want to get involved or have any ideas for our forthcoming programme, please do get in touch at groups@bcs.uk.

About us

The Society promotes the conservation of historic computers, and runs a number of specialised projects. Early computers that have been conserved by the society can be seen in UK museums. We welcome people to help in our restoration and demonstration activities.
