Mark Kobayashi-Hillary is a British consultant and researcher based in London, and the author of Outsourcing to India: The Offshore Advantage first published by Springer in 2004 and updated to a new edition in 2005. Mark is the offshoring director of the UK National Outsourcing Association (NOA) and is a founding member of the BCS working party on offshoring.
Dr Richard Sykes
Dr Richard Sykes has a personal practice of the same name, as a board-level advisor, strategic coach and facilitator in information and communications technology strategies and their implementation, sourcing and governance. He specialises on the workings of the international ICT Outsourcing (ICTO/ITO) and Business Process (BPO) sourcing and outsourcing market places.
