Digital technology and techniques are becoming central to the design, delivery and running of public services - but what does this mean for citizens, for civil servants and for suppliers? This talk will give an overview of some of the recent developments and trends, illustrated with examples from central and local government.

Topics covered will include the use of Agile in government, the challenges and opportunities around "assisted digital" and what it means to be part of a "multidisciplinary" team designing and running end to end services.
