Agile Project Delivery Approach

In today’s fast-changing business climate, management needs to respond to rapid market and technology shifts, as well as tight budget. Agile Approach operates well in a fluid and adaptive environment. It is a highly iterative and incremental process with constant communication between customer and project team is an inherent and critical element to success.

Prince 2 Methodology

Sanjeev will discuss the themes, principles and processors of Prince 2 (2009) and the tailoring of Prince 2 to the environment.
