These skills are required in all organisations and at all levels – not just at the top. People who do this well tend to know their own strengths, are able to 'read' others fairly well, are clear about what they want, are inclined to encourage and inspire others to achieve at their best and are able to provide useful feedback. Through an interactive session you will be able to explore how well you:-

  • know your own leadership strengths
  • 'read' others strengths
  • recognise 'complimentary strengths' to your own
  • are able to put this insight to work for you
