Join Ann Lewis in this interactive workshop and find out how to begin building your own leadership mindset and the confidence that comes with it.

Ann is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator, running her own coaching practice since January 2003. She is Director of Your Great Workplace Ltd, which she founded in 2011 to help organizations and teams develop supportive, sustainable cultures that allow employees to give their best, and to grow the leaders they need.

Ann’s coaching clients are often skilled and valued professionals who want and need to develop the relationship elements of their leadership role. Ann brings to coaching ten years’ experience at executive board level in the charity sector, where she was a Human Resources Director, notably for the children's helpline ChildLine and the Peabody Trust, London's biggest and oldest housing association. She has worked with a diverse range of clients including for several professional Institutes, as a programme coach on the Metropolitan Police Commissioner’s Leadership Programme, for the family court service CAFCASS, and for manufacturing clients.

Ann holds a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching (accredited by Middlesex University and the major professional coaching bodies) from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is also an AoEC Accredited Professional Executive Coach. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a member of ANKLe (A New Kind of Leadership) and the Association for Coaching. She also holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology and a Diploma in Management Studies.

Ann is also the author of Recover Your Balance - how to bounce back from bad times at work, a self-coaching guide that supports leaders and others to recover effectively from derailment, burn-out, bullying and other confidence-draining experiences, reconnecting them with their Presence and enabling them to respond more resiliently to challenges at work.
