11.20am - 1.30pm - HMRC Update (policy and technical)
Representatives of HMRC Software Developers Support team will update the group on various announcements impacting payroll software in relation to: 20-21 delivery roadmap; Changes to RTI; Changes to technical specifications; Employment Allowance reform; Class 1A NICs on Termination etc; Off Payroll in Private sector (IR35); Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay and Leave (SPBP); Short Term Business Visitors (STBV)-appendix 8, Ultra Lowe Emmission Vehicle and any other HMRC matters
1.30pm – 2pm – Other matters and BCS Payroll group matters.
