Speaker: Clare Morrison, Senior Clinical Quality Lead at NHS Highland

Synopsis:

Clare Morrison is currently leading the development of NHS Near Me, which is introducing telehealth at scale in NHS Highland, and has a special interest in delivering services in remote and rural areas.

In the spirit of remote working, Dr Katie MacLure will present videos of Clare Morrison’s recent innovative work in NHS Highland. Both Dr MacLure and Clare will be available to take questions.

Speaker Bio:

Clare is a Scottish Quality & Safety Fellow, a graduate of the Intermountain Advanced Training Program in quality improvement, and has completed the Highland Quality Approach Lean training for leaders. By profession, Clare is a pharmacist with extensive experience of developing new pharmacy services and improving medicines safety. She is a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and was awarded an MBE for services to healthcare in 2018.
