SPEAKER: JAMES LUKE – Distinguished Engineer & CTO, IBM

James is a Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor. He is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for IBM Global Business Services' Public Sector account in the UK and Ireland.

James has extensive experience delivering cognitive and analytics solutions in Defence, Law Enforcement, Insurance and other industries.

He is a prolific inventor with multiple patents.

His PhD with the Image, Speech and Intelligent Systems group of the University of Southampton was based on the ‘Application of Intelligent Agents in Information Systems Protection.
