SYNOPSIS
Catherine will explain how mentoring offers people an opportunity for change and innovation in performance, thinking and behaviour. While mentoring itself is about a learning relationship between two people; technology is the disrupter. Catherine will draw from client experiences to present highlights on how technology is an enabling resource and the pitfalls, if not integrated within the overall mentoring program design and implementation strategy.

Catherine is a thought leader, international speaker, and is known for her ability to design comprehensive mentoring initiatives that provide value to all stakeholders.
