Synopsis

With increasing use of embedded devices in our world, security threats have also been increasing.

Ensuring security in embedded systems has become a great challenge, especially because of the limited hardware and software implementation options for the designers - and risks of future technological disasters.

He will discuss possible causes of security threats and suggested solutions to protect the systems; and consider several dramatic examples, from hacked washing machines to out-of-control autonomous cars!
