Synopsis

This webinar series consists of career stories and a forum to ask questions to industry professionals. We expect to run at least a webinar every fortnight starting from January 2021. It is aimed at university students seeking a broader understanding of the types of roles plus essential soft skills in demand today.

Today we will talk about examples of how you can add value in the workplace, what makes success happen and the benefits of collaboration. This session will focus on the importance of taking ownership, in order to deliver successful outcomes.

Jag is an experienced Senior IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with a demonstrated history of working in financial services, premium automotive and facilities support services industry both at a strategic and tactical level. An excellent record of working as a trusted partner with executive stakeholders. Skilled in strategic planning and working with all tiers of IT to achieve shared business goals & objectives. Jag has strong commercial business acumen combined with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Jag is interested in sciences, mindfulness, innovation and sustainability.

Helen Winter - Business Change Consultant

Helen Winter is experienced in programme management and business analysis. Helen has led on large transformation programmes to execute delivery along with strategic business outcomes. Helen is also a global business author with publisher Kogan Page where her first book “The Business Analysis Handbook” was shortlisted for 2 major industry awards. One was for contribution to project management literature with PMI and the other was the Specialist book category for the business books awards. The book can be found in all major bookstores. She runs a consultancy called Business Bullet which provides services such as Problem and opportunities Identification, Business cases, Target Operating Model and building Business analysis capability.
