About the speakers

Host: Jonathan Leeson, Digital Transformation Leader, TheGTLLtd
With 28 years in the IT industry, Jonathan has spent a significant amount of his time travelling the world, working with global partners, spending time both face to face and remote. He is looking to lead this panel discussion and ask some interesting questions we are facing and how our behaviours are changing. As important how can IT assist and make both employers and employees more successful.

We then look forward to getting your views as part of the QA and seeing what trends are emerging.

Speaker: Hema Purohit, EMEA CTO for Healthcare and Public Sector at Microsoft 
A seasoned, highly experienced, motivated and focused Technology & Business Transformation evangelist. With more than 25 years + working in the Technology Sector, Hema is well versed in the design, development, delivery and support of transformational change across the majority of industry sectors, including specialising in capabilities for Multi Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Software Defined Data Centre, Architecture and Management as examples.

Speaker: Nigel Bingham – Business Technology Leader
Experienced Business IT Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Innovative leader, builds high performing teams and collaborative networks to deliver value in the Operations and Transformation space. Highly effective in a global, multi-cultural and virtual environment.
Previously worked for ExxonMobil as an executive IT manager in numerous global roles with a focus on Program Management and Strategic Leadership.
