Synopsis

In this collaborative workshop, Gary will ask you to help him draw a value-based ecosystem, in real-time, for one or two case studies. You will be asked to identify different stakeholders, how they perceive value and how they interact.

After participating in this workshop, you will be able to use this no-linear, value-based approach to collaborate with other team members, to explore which solutions will fit best and thrive in your client's organisation. But even if you are engaged by a client when change has already been designed and is well underway, this approach will help you to surface the complexity of the context in which your client wants to effect change.

It's an ideal tool for team collaboration but also something you can draw and keep in your back pocket to understand the context you find yourself in.
