About the speakers

Sinead Gillespie-McCracken - I am currently an Associate Business Analyst with ASOS in Belfast. I have previously worked on a variety of Engineering teams in ASOS as an Associate Engineer in their Data Services department. I have been with ASOS for one year.

I have worked previously in the financial services industry for fifteen years in Santander’s branch network. I started my career in Intel, County Kildare as a hardware and software Technical Analyst after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast in Information Management and English Literature. My last role in Intel was as Asset Manager for Ireland and Europe.

I am certified in Microsoft Data Engineering Fundamentals. I am also currently completing my final project for my Master’s of Science Degree in Artificial Intelligence at Ulster University.

Outside work I enjoy my role as an Early Career Advocate for BCSNI and have a passion to support IT in schools and further education.

Naomi Dickson - As a specialist IT recruitment consultant, Naomi specialises in the C++ and Embedded C markets. Naomi strives to give a top-class service to every client and candidate that she meets. She is honest, driven and takes pride in her work. Outside of work, Naomi is a devoted dog mum and loves nothing more than long sandy walks on the beach with her two pups.

Holly Winch - As a Senior Software Sourcing Specialist, Holly is a job matchmaker. She helps her candidates find their dream roles. Outside of work, Holly is a coffee connoisseur, gym lover and avid reader who loves a good chin wag.

Yuan Zhang – I am a Second year student of Computing Science at Ulster University who has a great interest in integrating the student body into the local tech communities. I am a big fan of meetups, hackathons and workshops, I am one whom is always keen to learn more in tech. I have developed my ability to perform multi-tasks under pressure, problem solving, teamwork, and communication through work and my voluntary roles in the local tech communities.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
