Synopsis

Chryssi Chorafa will give us insights into how the dynamic world of Financial Services Payments uses continuous evolution and innovation to leverage AI and advanced technologies to enhance efficiencies, customer services, and cost reduction.

This transformative journey has not only reshaped business models but also intensified the complexity of financial services and regulatory frameworks.

Persistent risks like financial crime, cybersecurity, and digital operational resilience are daily concerns, with fraudsters and hackers refining their tactics.

The growing complexity, fuelled by an increasing number of stakeholders, amplifies intricacies in financial and banking services. Join us to explore the evolving challenges and opportunities in this technological evolution of the payment landscape.
