As Director of Data, AI and Industry Solutions at Avanade, Sarah leads global teams to design, implement and deliver AI solutions and systems across the full data lifecycle.

About the speaker
Sarah graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2009 during ‘The Great Recession’. Sarah is now the Director of Data, AI and Industry Solutions at Avanade. Sarah currently leads global teams to design, implement & deliver AI solutions and systems across the full data lifecycle (using Cloud /RPA/ NLP/ OCR/ DL/ ML/ Databricks & Microsoft Security technologies).
Sarah is currently the European LGBT+ Executive Sponsor at Avanade & on the board of a non-for-profit women in tech community, DevelopHer, founder of DiverseCXO & previously Executive Board member for Cass now Bayes Global Women’s Leadership Programme, which provides scholarships for women to do higher education. Facilitating events in diversity, inclusion & tech to enable driving innovation & positive changes in society.
She is also the recipient of several awards including Most Influential U.K. Women in Tech 2019 & 2020, Future Star of Tech: Data Leader 2019 and Disruptor of the Year 2019 - Women in Finance Finalist.
