Jointly hosted by BCS, CPHC and UKCRC, the UK Computing Summit 2024’s theme is Shaping Computing’s Visions Challenges & Opportunities.
The summit’s keynote addresses include sessions from Wonkhe, Stemettes and BCS Education & Public Benefit and main speaker slots from EPSRC/UKRI, ARIA, Aspires Research and the BCS President.
Parallel sessions cover a range of topics, including computing pedagogy, CPHC Special Project Grants, recruitment and retention of staff, Chair in 10 Years, mentoring, EDI and journals/publishing, fireside chats on tech policy and neurodiversity and more. There will also be plenty of opportunities to network including at the evening dinner.

Who should attend?
The UK Computing Summit is open to anyone working in or with the higher education sector. We would also welcome anyone from industry who has an interest in tech policy, application and impact of computing.
Ticket costs
- Full summit (including both days and the summit dinner): £175.00
- Day 1 only (not including the summit dinner): £55.00
- Summit dinner only: £65.00
- Day 2 only: £55.00
Refunds/cancellations
A refund, excluding fees, will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 14 days of the booking date. Named substitutions will be allowed after this date.
