About the speaker
Patricia Barlow
Patricia Barlow is Head of Product at BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT. Her primary role is to develop and maintain qualifications and certifications that enable people in the IT sector to develop in their IT careers. Before working at BCS, Patricia worked in the apprenticeship training industry, creating and delivering apprenticeship training. Her background is not in IT but in accountancy; however, she has a real passion for learning and development.
