Adem Certel is a Partner and Head Data Curator at Knight Frank LLP, based in London. He is also Secretary of the BCS ICT Ethics specialist group. With extensive expertise in data analytics and curation, Adem leads strategic initiatives to optimise data quality, accessibility and processing across the Knight Frank Modelling & Intelligence team. Adem’s responsibilities span governance, data integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Adem actively contributes to shaping Knight Frank’s analytics strategy while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical principles in technology and data management.
Mackenzie Howe
Mackenzie Howe is co-founder and CEO of Atheni, the AI capability platform helping organisations build genuine, measurable AI capability at scale, from individuals to teams of 100,000. Atheni works with clients across financial services, manufacturing, education, and public sector, taking teams from under 20% AI adoption to over 80% and in the top 5% of global AI users, in under 90 days.
A human capital economist by training with a specialism in Applied AI, Mackenzie advises on AI capability with regulators, governments, corporates large and small, sits on the the IEEE committee on AI for human flourishing, and runs partnered AI for Business programmes with Durham Business School. She is a former GB international swimmer, endurance athlete, and a mother of three.
