Claire Mironik currently serves as the Digital Services Change and Test Manager at Aston University, a role she has held since July 2024. She brings over a decade of experience in IT Operations, having previously held a range of technical and IT support roles that provided her with a strong hands‑on grounding in systems, services, and user-facing technology. This operational experience has been fundamental in shaping her approach to change management—ensuring that change is not only well governed, but also practical, achievable, and empathetic to those impacted.

Claire is deeply passionate about change as both a discipline and a journey. She recognises that change often brings discomfort and uncertainty, but firmly believes that when delivered with care, support, and nurturing, it can be a powerful enabler for organisations, people, and culture alike. Her work focuses on embedding sustainable change into organisations by combining strong governance with human‑centred practices. With expertise spanning ITIL, Change Enablement, and ISTQB‑certified software testing, Claire drives efficient processes and structured workflows across change management and testing functions. Her approach balances risk assurance with delivery momentum, ensuring reliable IT services while keeping user experience and satisfaction at the forefront.

Beyond her operational role, Claire is strongly committed to inclusivity and equity within the digital and IT profession.
