What will I learn?

You’ll attain a comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals of business strategy, finance from a business context, frameworks for operational management, and various customer and marketing journeys, including:

  • Conceptualising key areas of business strategy, such as the mission statement and use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Discerning between the different areas of business finance and commercial acumen;
  • Understanding frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and the Value Chain;
  • Understanding and creating customer journeys for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Learning the 4 P’s of marketing and their applications.

What format is the exam?

  • 45-minute 'closed book' exam format with 20 questions comprised of 10 one mark and 10 two mark questions.
  • Pass mark is 70% (21/30)
