Atos UK&I has become a corporate member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, reinforcing its commitment to professionalism, innovation, and the development of the next generation of digital leaders across the UK and Ireland.
Through their new organisational membership, Atos has funded 100 places, with the scheme open to employees across its technology and digital teams in UK&I. The initiative is designed to drive organic growth in professional standards and ensure all those who wish to engage with BCS have the opportunity to do so.
BCS organisational membership provides access to professional registrations that enable Atos to demonstrate the competence, integrity, and professionalism of its people. It also offers access to specialist community groups, learning and development content, and opportunities to support and contribute to the success of BCS and the wider profession.
Sharron Gunn, CEO of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, said: “We are proud to welcome Atos as an organisational member of BCS. As the professional body for IT, working in the industry’s best interest, we are committed to raising standards, championing ethical practice and supporting lifelong professional development. We look forward to working closely with Atos to help their people demonstrate their professionalism, achieve recognised registrations, and play an active role in strengthening the digital profession across the UK and Ireland.”
Here at Atos we’re delighted to partner with BCS, an organisation that shares our commitment to professionalism, innovation, and developing the next generation of digital leaders. This partnership creates meaningful opportunities for our people to grow their skills, broaden their networks, and stay at the forefront of the profession, while contributing to a wider community that champions excellence and ethical practice across technology.
I am absolutely delighted that Atos has secured a corporate membership with BCS. This is an important investment in the professional development of our people, and will ensure we provide the opportunity to keep skillsets up to date with the ever-changing technology landscape. I look forward to progressing the membership across the UK&I business.
