The December event in collaboration with UEL has had to be postponed because of the civil service protocols with respect to a general election which means that all of the governement panelists  cannot take part.  

When the new date is confirmed I will send out a new calling notice and we can start the whole process again.

This event, co-organised by BCS-ISSG and UEL, brings together experts from the Government agencies to advise on the support available for innovation and entrepreneurship, cyber skills development, education, research and training, and to share experiences and good practices with business start-ups, academia and industry

SYNOPSIS
In pursuit of the aim to make Britain the best and safest place for digital businesses, the UK Government has invested heavily in setting up world-class cyber innovation centres of excellence; these centres have encouraged partnerships between academia and tech start-ups to develop world-leading technologies that help protect businesses and organisations from cyber-attacks.

BCS-ISSG has been at the forefront in promoting good information security practices and standards for individuals and organisations. The University of East London (UEL) is a careers-led university, pioneering futures for our students and the communities we serve. UEL is located in an extraordinary part of London, enriched with world class facilities for innovative and impactful research and enterprise activities, producing future professionals in the field of Cyber Security.
