SYNOPSIS
This case study explores how implementing a unified communications system can be an immense challenge to Nacro, a social justice charity organisation with around 1,000 staff distributed in over 200 locations across England and Wales, with a tight budget. The presentation takes you through the programme of improvements, from when Nacro delivery was a regionalised organisation, through onto a single cloud-based solution. It will cover the initial business case development, the organisation development needs, the technical specification, the procurement, implementation through to how the solution has been developed and how risks and issues were handled along the way. The case study will look at how the implementation of technology has transformed parts of the business. It will illustrate the operational and financial benefits to users and the overall benefits to the organisation.
