Joint ELITE and 4IT Digital.IT.Change event

Many organisations work in an agile way but how many really know how to use agile when it gets beyond the single team, and is desired to be applied in a large scale, distributed organisation?

Also, how many businesses can adapt their governance and risk management framework to work with a scaled agile environment?....Or are you stuck in the horrible world of ‘Wagile’?

The Holy Grail is to enable agile at scale whilst still benefiting from the power of small autonomous teams…..but how do you do this?

Hannah Ellston and Chris Rodgers from BJSS will open the event by giving an overview of the foundational principles and concepts for scaling, whether to scale or not to scale, and some advice around different approaches.

Barry Moses, Head of Technology at Sky will talk about how Sky are effectively scaling Agile across multiple sites and teams. Barry will also share some of challenges they’ve faced along the way and how they overcame those.

Dan Whiteley and Pete Haigh from The Stars Group will close the event by discussing the challenges they face in building a global sportsbook in a complex ever changing environment blending culture & best practice.
