SYNOPSIS
The Project Sponsor is, quite rightly, seen as accountable for the delivery of benefits. However, effective Benefits Management comprises activities from project inception through to post-project closeout and requires actions to be undertaken by a whole variety of roles. These include senior management, the sponsor, the project manager, the project team, the users and the PMO.

During this session, we’ll provide an overview of the end to end Benefits Management process and the contribution of each of the players, with reference to theory and real-life case studies. Delegates will be given the opportunity to reflect on the gap between theory and their experience/ practice and explore the challenges of co-ordinating Benefits Management activities and potential strategies and tactics to overcome them.
