SYNOPSIS

Do you ever struggle to convey why it’s important to have events with women in mind? Together we will tackle the challenging questions and equip ourselves to respond with confidence.

BCSWomen's 'Discussing Diversity' event will provide you with the tools you need to answer difficult questions you can come across in the industry. This event is not a self defense class, but rather an opportunity for those of all backgrounds and genders to learn how to educate, discuss and help grow the conversation surrounding diversity and inclusion in technology. Coupled with a short workshop, this event will prepare you with solid responses to difficult questions related to being a woman in technology and leave you with the ability to discuss diversity in a constructive way.
