Synopsis
The EVA Conference creates a space for people using or interested in the new technologies to share their experiences and network in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere. EVA London’s focus is on the development and application of visualisation technologies to various domains, including art, music, dance, theatre and the sciences.
For 2021, our 31st year, our annual conference is back in July but will once again remain totally online. It will feature over 70 presentations and demonstrations online from our prestigious International Authors and Keynotes.
There will be an exciting additional social event each evening, including the announcement of The Lumen Prize Long List.
Registration for the entire five-day conference and evening events will be £100 inclusive of VAT @ 20% per Delegate. There is an additional Publication Fee charged by Science Open for Authors to have their paper uploaded onto this prestigious academic site.
Note: One fee is payable per Paper (Not per Author) for this service.
We are delighted to announce that for the first time, EVA London will publish our Hardcopy Proceedings ‘In Full Colour’ and we will arrange to have your copy posted to your address worldwide. This is optional for all EVA Delegates and Authors and includes normal postage and packaging to most destinations worldwide. This inclusive package can be ordered here for an additional fee of £70.
Note that in the unlikely event that we are required to use an expensive courier rather than normal UK national and international postal services, an additional fee may be requested.
EVA London is a conference of the Computer Arts Society (CAS), a specialist group of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. It is sponsored and supported by both these organisations. Hopefully, this will be our last year totally online, but our November online conference proved so popular in attracting a wider worldwide audience, that we will plan to integrate longer distance discussions in our future plans.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
