About the speaker
Saqr Mashhor Ereiqat is a Dubai based BlockChain Aficionado. In IBM's consulting arm, Global Business Services he works with the UAE public sector & government industry. He has been published by Reuters and IBM on BlockChain and helped public and private sector entities define their BlockChain Agenda. He has established an award-winning Health Tech Innovation Hub for the Government of Saudi Arabia and spent the majority of his career at IBM leading complex projects across 23 Countries in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Outside of IBM, Saqr also leads the Global Innovation Institute's UAE Chapter. He has been keen to give back to the Start-Up Ecosystem in South Korea, India, UAE, Switzerland and the wider GCC. He is a continuous learner and certified in domains such as : Design Thinking Coach by IBM, The Science of Happiness by UC Berkeley, Blockchain for Business by Linux Foundation, Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations and Innovation Management by Rotterdam School of Management
