IT professionals have worked very hard during Pandemic since most of the organisations rushed for digitising their businesses and for creating work from culture. Mental health issues have been rising due to Increased stress levels. This talk is about the mental health, triggers, managing them and motivating. All the recommendations will be easy to implement in daily professional and personal life.

About the speaker

Ram Kundnani, Senior Digital Transformation Lead for General Optical Council

Ram is passionate about learning and adopting technologies to bring positive change to the organisations and society. He has contributed to the computing industry and global society with his professional and personal skills since 1985. His specialisation is Digital Transformation, Change Management, Agile Coaching and GDPR. He is currently working Senior Digital Transformation Lead for General Optical Council.

He is interim chair of BCS Community Board Finance Committee.

He is Prince 2 practitioner, MBA and has a degree in Electrical Engineering. He studied Certificate in Entrepreneurial Development from Judge Business School, Cambridge.
